Why go “Green?”
Traditional cleaning products pose a multitude of human health and environmental concerns, and often contain chemicals associated with cancer, reproductive disorders, respiratory ailments, eye or skin irritation, and other serious health issues. Recent studies found over 200 different chemicals present in the bloodstreams of newborn babies. As humans we are constantly absorbing the chemicals we come in contact with on a daily basis. Many common cleaning agents are made from petroleum (a nonrenewable source) and other products that, when rinsed down the drain, leave a toxic residue in our water supply. Sunday Clean strictly uses natural, bio-based cleaning products that provide health and safety benefits for everyone in your family.

Do Eco-friendly products work as well as traditional products?
Yes. Many of our clients are initially concerned that using green products will sacrifice cleaning effectiveness. A variety of studies have shown that green cleaning products perform as well as, if not superior to, conventional cleaning products.

Who will be cleaning my home?
All of our independent experienced housekeepers have been extensively screened by Sunday Clean. This includes but is not limited to background checks, DMV records and historical references. We pride ourselves on finding professionals who clean for a living, and it is important that we have people that are not only good housecleaners but that are trustworthy and reliable. Our housekeepers each have a minimum of 8 years in this industry and they love what they do!

Will the same person be cleaning my home each time?
Yes, we recognize that the most effective cleaning is done by those who are most familiar with your home. Assuming you are happy with the current housekeeper, we will make every effort to ensure the stability of this relationship.

Do I need to provide any supplies?
No, unless you have a special request that a particular product/s be used. Otherwise all of our housekeepers will provide their own green cleaning supplies. In addition, we will provide our own HEPA vaccum system to ensure that every single dust particle is collected.

Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, in fact the majority of our clients are not home when we clean. There are many ways in which we can accommodate.

- Leave a key under the door
- Leave a specified door open, which will be locked upon completion
- Provide your designated housekeeper with a key coded for your protection

These are just some examples, but if you have another method in mind we are happy to oblige.

Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured with up to a million dollars of liability insurance.

In today’s tough economy, what are my options regarding payment?
At Sunday Clean, we understand that families are experiencing some very difficult financial times. Therefore, we strive to provide flexible payment options and schedules. We accept cash, check and/or credit card and can accept payments at the end of each service or in installments.

Note* Credit Card Payments will incur an additional charge. This additional amount will reflect 3% of the overall cleaning cost.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We are always trying to extend savings to our customers as we appreciate their continued business and referrals to others.

- We will discount your next cleaning by $25 if you refer someone to us who signs up for our services.
That's our way of thanking you for sending another customer our way.

Does Green Cleaning cost more?
Not at all. As you can see from our rates, our cleaning services are priced comparably, if not below all others in the industry.
