Cleaning Service Rates

For your protection and peace of mind we are Fully Insured with 1,000,000 in liability insurance.
Copy of insurance available upon request.

Initial Home Cleanings:
First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved.
This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home.

* The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square
footage of your home, the frequency of your cleanings, pets, children & any other factors we feel are relevant.

Initial Home Cleanings start at $130.00 for small homes. For larger homes the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

Maintenance House Cleaning: starting at $80.00 per cleaning. (small homes)


Move-in/Move-Out Cleaning: starting at $200.00 (small homes)

Once a Month House Cleaning: starting at $120.00 (small homes)


Please Note: For once a month cleanings for homes the rate is higher than weekly or bi-weekly rates since your home
will only be cleaned once a month as opposed to being cleaned on a regular schedule.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.

Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Illness
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning
after the illness is gone.

Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours
in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
