One Time House Cleaning
A one time cleaning is perfect for those who do not want to commit to a regular maintenance schedule. You can instruct the housekeeper/s on what exactly to clean and what to prioritize from the list of services below.
If you would like anything done that is not mentioned below please ask us if we can accommodate! Please note that depending on what type of service you are requesting, additional charges may apply.
*If your job requires special equipment or is a construction job clean up, hazardous environment, etc. we do not offer this type of service.
Rate: $35 per hour per housekeeper
- Dusting - all wall hangings, tops of appliances, baseboards
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum all carpets
- Dust ceiling fans
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Wipe window sills
- Remove all garbage
- Reline waste baskets
- Wash all floors
- Clean/sanitize sinks
- Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet
- Clean mirrors
- Wash Floors
- Clean all counter tops
- Clean inside/outside microwave
- Wipe down cabinet facings
- Clean all appliances outside
- Polish stainless steel appliances
- Clean/sanitize/polish sinks
- Wash floors
