This cleaning package is designed for those moving into or
out of a property or are in need of a deep or spring cleaning. Worried about getting your security deposit back? Or has is been a while since your home has been cleaned? This cleaning package is quite extensive and covers every area
of the home. Depending on the size of your property we may elect to send one or two housekeepers. It is recommended that you book this cleaning package as soon as possible to help secure availibility.

As with our other cleaning packages, you may prioritize from the list of items below. If you require anything done that is not on this list please let us know and we will try and accommodate.
- Dusting - window blinds, tops of appliances, baseboards
- Cleaning of Interior Windows ( ground level only)
- Cleaning of window and sliding glass door tracks
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum all carpets
- Dust ceiling fans
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Clean prints on door facings, switchplates and walls.
- Remove all garbage
- Wash all floors
- Clean/sanitize sinks
- Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet
- Clean mirrors

- Clean all counter tops
- Clean inside/outside microwave, oven & refrigerator

Our Move-In/Out or Deep Cleaning services are available 7 days a week from 8am - 5pm.
- On-Site supervisor oversees each job.
- Competitive flat rate with no hourly minimum.
- Free no oblgation consultation prior to scheduling if requested.
